For those wishing to attend but who may be unfamiliar with the sound bath experience we have a few tips to make your experience more enjoyable.  The priority of the session is your own personal comfort. Most people tend to lie on the floor and to this end we recommend the use of a yoga/camping mat and a head rest (small cushion or pillow). During deep relaxation body temperature can drop a little so some people use a light blanket. Although most lie down, sitting or any other posture is acceptable.....as long as you are comfortable.  If you don't have these items handy we have spare mats, cushions and blankets available on a first come first served basis.  There are several different formats we use for the sound bath process and we will decide on the day which is most appropriate. After a brief introduction we will commence the session which can last anywhere between 45-60 minutes. Afterwards a short period of silence will be held as an essential part of the experience.  Sound itself has a cumulative effect and so having five sessions over as many weeks will be very effective and you may notice marked changes and improvements in relaxation, sleep, pain relief and mood enhancement. Deeper still, sound and vibrational healing can occur on an emotional and spiritual level, releasing unhealthy emotional content and negativity in a calm and safe environment.   So do join us for what promises to be a rewarding experience.
